Wedding at Gary’s Loft
Gary’s Loft is an elegant, three floor venue that the bride used to capture a rustic chic look. It perfectly created the glow of white, pure, simple elegance with a touch of silver and rural charm. It was the right blend of picturesque modern and cozy, laid back warmth. Using long tables for guest seating made it feel like coming home and inviting. The standard kitchen setup for the bar and barn style wooden chairs created a homey, warm feeling that added to the classic look.

The Menu
Guests were treated to a roof top raw bar with clams, oysters, crab claws and legs alongside delicious passed hors d’oeuvres. After being moved to the dining area, they were greeted to a lovely family-style spinach salad that had granny smith apples, cranberries topped with caramelized walnuts and goat cheese. Guests also had a mouth watering duel entree dinner, filet mignon and lobster tails.
Once the stunning cake was cut, platters of dessert were presented to each table. Cheesecake bites, miniature brownies, miniature cupcakes and fresh fruit kabobs appeared. Lastly, as guests were about, they were treated to one of our good night stations, the breakfast sandwiches to go. Freshly made pork, roll egg and cheese sandwiches on a bagel were a big hit.
